With Jochen Magerfleisch, Capcora has gained a top manager in the energy and real estate industry for the company with many years of experience in strategic development and sales.

Jochen has decades of expertise in management positions in medium-sized and large companies. As managing director of a real estate subsidiary of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and board member for marketing and sales at SÜBA BAU AG, he gathered extensive industry knowledge. In the past ten years, he devoted himself to renewable energies and was a board member of juwi AG, one of the largest project developers in Germany. Jochen is currently Executive Vice President at an international turbine manufacturer in Hamburg. Previously, he was managing director at Schöller Wind GmbH.
