Capcora, a consulting firm specialized in real assets, is further expanding its real estate business. As of October 2019, Tobias Müller hasjoined the Real Estate team of Capcora as investment director, focusing on M&A transactions as well as raising mezzanine capital and whole loans.

In his 12-year professional career, Tobias Müller has gained extensive experience with well-known real estate investors. His expertise is in particular the purchase and sale of real estate projects of all asset and risk classes, the procurement of equity and debt capital for these investments as well as the restructuring of financings both at property and company level.

Most recently, he was Director of Investment & Structured Products at VERIANOS AG. He previously served as Associate Director Transaction for CONREN Land and Portfolio Manager for Corpus Sireo. He started his career as a Fund and Portfolio Manager at arsago ACM.
